As You Were

I suppose this or these are Chronicles of the Written.
Its as solid a name as any. We can begin right here right back where we started from as the lyrics go.
I've got 49 of these scattered about the eras of my life like some timelined bookmarks.

And thus the future is now. The goal is as auspicious as it was whenI created 'The Writer's Block' way back then: to entertain.

Nothing's changed. Maybe my age and the fact that I fancy myself as less stupid now.

The stupid parts have mainly curtailed into a brand new family. (almost like a new number one in comics. You know how often THAT happens!)

Like I share with anyone who dares listen, once you've gotten that part mainly figured out, then you can go about like you are a member of the Legion of Doom (circa 1979, not the current Snyder version.)

"Dedicated to a singular mission: The Conquest of The Universe!" Only one thing can stop this intergalactic threat, ME!
That's right. Me. I am mine own enemy. 

So this will be the tale or tales of me, in my often maddening attempt to defeat the most ruthless killer of completion: myself.

In the meanwhile, I hope to actually learn more about the enemy in the hope to show you how to conquer your own writing demons that you might find a modicum of whatever you deem success.

Remember: the small wins equal winning the war. I hope to contribute every day something that a hopeless writer like me might give you a sliver of hope.

If it gets good enough, we will journey
with a few of my beloved characters in the form of episodic stories, break down my processes, give you some sneak previews and keep you interested.

And yes, I will be trying to get you to click
on something the side. The piano does have a tip jar so feel free! I want us to have fun, stir something deep inside and keep your attention over the next few months or so.

I know I'm competing with your
regular web surfing, you're own aspirations as well as the wave of streaming content but together we will build something special enough to where you may want to come back a time or two and even tell
friend.
